What it costs, what you get, what happens if you do not like it, and who owns the work at the end. Answered plainly, including the ones with awkward answers.
Who you are dealing with and how the work gets done.
RealBrand is a marketing and communications consultancy. We work with real estate developers, investment funds, advisory firms and financial institutions, where clear communication is directly tied to market trust and to capital. We also build websites for growing businesses outside that sector.
Seven disciplines, delivered under one roof: Brand and Strategy, Visual Identity, Web and Digital, Production, Content and Social, Paid Media, and External CMO. Most engagements combine several. A transaction mandate might need an investment memorandum, a project website, photography and drone footage, and a content programme around the launch.
Jakub Gajdos founded RealBrand and leads every engagement. He is your point of contact from the first conversation through to delivery.
Jakub's background is in commercial real estate: Cushman and Wakefield, Savills and JLL, followed by investment management for Central European insurers. That is why the work is built around how transactions and capital decisions actually happen.
Jakub leads client relationships and strategy, supported by an internal team and a network of long-standing specialist suppliers: designers, producers, photographers, developers and writers.
We assemble the right people for each mandate rather than carrying a fixed agency overhead. It is why our pricing is what it is, and why decisions do not travel through three layers before reaching you.
No. Jakub remains your point of contact for the duration. Specialists work on the production, as they would in any firm, but you are not handed off and you do not repeat yourself to new people.
Our clients include CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield, alongside developers, investment funds, architecture practices and professional services firms.
We are based in Prague and work across Europe and the United States. Engagements run over video, email and shared documents. Location has not been a constraint on any mandate to date.
English and Czech, to a professional standard in both. Other languages are arranged through our supplier network where a mandate requires it.
Yes, as a matter of course. Transaction work is confidential by nature and we operate accordingly.
How the website engagement starts, and why we build before invoicing.
A working website built for your business, delivered within 24 hours. Not a mockup or a template with your logo applied. Real code you can open on your phone and scroll.
Yes. No payment and no commitment. If you decide against it, you owe nothing.
Because it is a better argument than a proposal. Most firms ask you to imagine the result. We would rather show you and let the work make the case.
We build the concept for that call, and we do not begin without a booking. Reviewing it together takes about fifteen minutes and answers questions that are difficult to raise alone.
The booking is also how we allocate capacity, which is what allows the concept to be free.
It is a commercial conversation and we will not pretend otherwise. There is little to pitch, because the work is already on screen. If it is not right for you, saying so ends it.
We review your current site, your market and your competitors, then build. We use AI for the work that does not require judgement and spend the time saved on the work that does.
Your website address, or your business name if you do not have a site. That is it.
Yes. What does not transfer is the production site and the code, which transfer on full payment.
A limited number each month. Each is built by hand ahead of the call and reviewed personally by Jakub, so the constraint is real.
What the website costs, what moves the number, and how payment works.
The base price is $3,993. That covers the standard build.
It is the starting point, and it is what most clients pay. Larger requirements cost more: additional pages, multiple languages, 3D or video production, complex integrations, or a site that forms part of a wider brand programme.
We scope it with you and quote the number before you commit to anything.
Typically 3 to 7 pages, which covers most businesses. If you need more, we tell you the cost before we begin.
Because the honest answer for larger scopes is that it depends on the asset, the audience and the production required. We publish the base price so you can judge whether we are in your range, and we quote everything above it specifically.
A deposit to begin, and the balance on launch. Payment is processed through Stripe.
It reserves your build slot and starts the two week delivery clock. We decline other work to hold that slot.
No. It covers work performed immediately. You only ever commit it after seeing a full concept of your own site, so nothing is bought unseen.
No. Revisions are included and we work until the result is right.
No. It is optional. The site is yours whether or not you continue with us.
An agency delivering comparable scope typically takes two to three months and charges between eight and fifteen thousand. We are faster and cheaper because we carry no agency overhead and we use AI for the work that does not require judgement.
Two guarantees, and the exact mechanics of both. Including what you do not get.
Two.
The build guarantee: if you do not consider the finished site an improvement on what you have, you do not pay the balance.
The delivery guarantee: if we exceed two weeks and the delay is ours, you receive a full refund.
No. Every client to date has paid in full and has their site.
No. You keep the concept. The production site, the code and the handoff transfer on full payment.
The guarantee protects you from paying for work you do not want. It is not a route to a site for the price of a deposit.
It is retained. It covers work already performed. You do not pay the remainder.
At the launch review, before the site goes live on your domain.
Because that would not be accurate. The deposit is not refunded. What you avoid is the balance, which is the substantial part.
We would rather state the mechanism precisely than use a phrase that sounds better and is not true.
Two weeks from kickoff, kickoff being the date we hold everything required from you. If we are slow, that is ours. If we are waiting on materials or approvals, the clock pauses and we will tell you clearly what is outstanding.
The two above are specific to the website build. Other engagements are governed by their scope of work, which sets out deliverables, timelines and revision rounds before anything begins.
You see the work before you pay anything. You pay a deposit only after you have seen it. If the finished result does not beat what you have, you stop there and keep your money.
The stages, the timeline, and how much of your time it takes.
You submit your website address and book a short call. Within 24 hours we build a working concept. We review it together on the call.
A deposit begins the build and starts the two week clock. You complete a short brief. We build, with progress visible to you throughout. At the launch review you make the decision, we point your domain at the new site, and 60 days of support follows.
Two weeks from kickoff for the standard build. Larger scopes are scheduled when quoted.
The date we hold everything required: the deposit, your brief responses and any materials you want used. The two weeks start there, not at the first conversation.
Around ten minutes for the brief, fifteen for the initial call, and two short rounds of feedback. Under two hours in total for most clients.
The schedule pauses rather than fails. We will tell you what is outstanding.
Yes. You have a link you can review at any point, and we check in at the midpoint.
We do, unless you prefer to. Most clients let us write and then adjust. You can change anything.
What the base build covers, and the four elements usually charged separately.
A full custom build designed around your business rather than a template. Copy written for you and structured to convert. Scroll animation and motion. Content editing set up so your team can maintain it. Your domain configured and launched.
Four things. An AI generated video for your homepage. Structuring for AI search, so ChatGPT, Google AI and similar can find and cite you. Imagery sourced or created for you, and team photography retouched. And 60 days of post-launch support.
Yes. The majority of visitors arrive on a phone, so we design for the phone and scale up.
Yes, as its own discipline. For a website engagement we work with your existing brand unless identity work is scoped in. If your identity is genuinely holding you back, we will say so.
Yes, through our production network, including drone and 3D visualisation where a project justifies it.
Yes. We have delivered bilingual sites. It is scoped and quoted in addition to the base build.
Who owns what, what you can edit, and whether you are tied to us.
You do, on full payment.
Hosting in your name, the full codebase, and a complete copy of the site. Nothing is withheld.
Yes. In most cases we deliver on WordPress or Webflow so your team can edit content directly.
The platform is agreed with you per project, because the right answer depends on who maintains the site and how often. We do not restrict client editing and we do not lock anyone out of their own content.
No. No proprietary system and no dependency. Any competent developer can take the files and continue. Clients stay because the work justifies it.
No. Content editing is straightforward. Anything more complex is covered during the 60 day support period and by the optional plans thereafter.
Security is scoped with the platform. Static builds carry very little attack surface. WordPress builds are maintained and updated, which is one reason clients on WordPress often take a support plan.
It remains live until the new site is ready. We switch the domain at the end, normally without downtime.
Yes. Every version is retained and we can roll back.
What it means, what we do, and what nobody can promise.
A growing share of buyers now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Perplexity or Copilot for recommendations rather than working through search results. Those systems read websites differently from a traditional search engine. We build so that yours can be read, understood and cited.
Traditional SEO aims to rank a page. AI search aims to have you named in an answer. The assistant reads your site, judges whether you match the question, and either cites you or does not. Structure and clarity matter more than keyword density.
Clean semantic structure, plain descriptions of what you do and who you serve, structured data, a substantive FAQ layer, and content that does not require JavaScript to be read.
No, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does. What we can do is ensure nothing about your site prevents it. Being unreadable is a problem we can fix. Being selected depends on factors nobody controls.
No. That depends on your market, your competitors, your reviews and your history. We make sure the site is not the limiting factor.
Assistants recrawl on their own schedule, typically weeks rather than days. This compounds rather than switches on.
For advisory firms, developers and funds bringing assets to market.
Everything a transaction needs to reach the market properly. Typically an investment memorandum, a dedicated project website, project branding, and the supporting production: photography, drone footage, video and 3D where relevant.
A document built to be read by an investment committee. Correct structure, a clear equity story, financials presented so they can be interrogated, and a standard of design that signals the asset is worth attention. Not a brochure.
It depends on the asset and the scope. Recent memoranda have been quoted between roughly 24,000 and 42,000 CZK as standalone documents.
Full packages combining a memorandum, a website and production have been quoted in the range of 3,300 EUR to 14,600 EUR depending on scale. We quote each mandate specifically.
Yes. A dedicated microsite for a single asset or portfolio, usually password gated for qualified parties, sitting alongside the memorandum.
Yes. That is the normal arrangement. We work to your process, your templates where you have them, and your compliance requirements.
Yes. Retainers suit clients with continuous requirements: content programmes, social presence for named partners, recurring materials, campaign management. They are scoped to the actual workload rather than to a fixed hour count.
Senior marketing leadership without a senior marketing hire. We set the strategy, run the calendar, brief and manage the specialists, and report on what is working. It suits firms that need direction rather than another pair of hands.
Support, ongoing plans, and what happens when the 60 days end.
60 days of support is included. Anything broken, incorrect or in need of adjustment is handled.
Anything not functioning as intended, plus small text and image changes. New pages or a redesign are new work, and we will tell you which category something falls into before proceeding.
Nothing is required. The site continues to work and you own it outright. If you want us available, plans begin at 290 EUR per month.
Care at 290 EUR per month covers all your text and image changes plus small maintenance, with priority turnaround. Optimise at 690 EUR and Grow at 1,490 EUR add more. Cancellable after 90 days.
Yes, quoted before we begin.
Contact us. If the cause is ours we address it regardless of elapsed time. If it is not, we will tell you what it is and what resolving it costs.
Including the cases where we are not the right answer.
For some businesses that is the correct answer, and we will say so. The question is whether your time is better spent learning a page builder, and whether the result will convert comparably. If it will, use them.
You will find cheaper. What is harder to find is a firm that builds before invoicing, writes the copy, and hands over every file at completion. Compare on that rather than on rate.
If you need agency scale, use one. Most businesses do not, and most pay for structure they never touch.
No agency overhead, a supplier network assembled per mandate, and AI applied to work that does not require judgement. You pay for the output rather than for the organisation producing it.
No. AI accelerates production. The strategy, design and writing are ours. You see the result before committing, which is the only assurance that carries weight.
Most clients who approach us have. It is usually one of three things: it ran long, it cost more than agreed, or they could not change anything afterwards without paying.
Our answers are a fixed base price, a two week delivery window, and full ownership on completion.
Consider what one new client is worth to you. If the site needs to win one or two to cover itself, the question is not affordability. It is whether the current site is costing you more than the replacement would.
You should. One point of comparison: most firms will send a proposal and a mockup. We will have built the site already, and you will own it with no lock in. The question is who did the work before being paid.
The fastest way to judge us is to see the work. Send your website address and we build a working concept of your new site within 24 hours, free, before you commit to anything.
