Do I really not need to talk to anyone first?
Correct. There's no drawn-out pitch, just a quick call to walk through your concept. If you want a 20-minute working session before we build, you can book one after the concept lands. Most clients don't.
What if my site is so bad you can't make a concept?
We've reviewed sites that haven't been touched since 2011. The worse the starting point, the easier the concept. The worry is the wrong way around.
How long until I see results?
Most clients book their first job from the new site within 14 days of launch. The full ramp takes 90 days. The Engine compounds from month 3 onward.
Can you guarantee leads?
No. We guarantee the system, and we guarantee we ship it in 2 weeks or refund you. We can't guarantee that you answer the phone, that your offer is sharp, or that your market wants what you sell. If the system delivers traffic and the calls don't convert, we'll tell you why.
Can I write my own copy, or change yours?
Yes. We write every word for you by default, because turning your knowledge into words that make the phone ring is the craft you're paying for. But if you want to write your own, or change what we wrote, you can. It's collaborative, not locked.
I already have a website. Do you migrate it?
No. We build the new Engine from scratch alongside your current site, then switch DNS on launch day. Your old site becomes a backup.
